Mentor Coaching
Mentor Coaching is vital to the growth and development of any professionally trained coach and is a requirement of the ICF Credentialing process.
This collaborative process of supervised coaching increases your proficiency in alignment with the ICF core competencies. Mentor coaching takes place over an extended period of time (minimum 3 months) which allows time for you to share your coaching skills with an experienced, ICF credentialed coach, who provides critical feedback on your use of coaching competencies.
At Authentic Leadsership Advisors, we offer one-on-one and group Mentor Coaching for individuals who desire professional assistance in achieving and demonstrating the levels of coaching competency and capability required of their desired credential level. Our mentor coaches are skilled and credentialled coach trainers with 25+ years of combined coaching experience.
